'Shop For Free at ASDA' Facebook Scam

After Steve Jobs' death, the number of Facebook scams hit the roof, the latest hoax launched by scammers being the one in which they offer free shopping gift cards for ASDA.

McDonald's birthday passed, Tim Horton's birthday also, now it's time for the British supermarket to celebrate.

As Graham Cluley points out, these messages are still tempting for people and that's why they rush to share it with their friends, thus earning the cybercrooks loads of affiliate commission.

After clicking the ad, you are urged to share it and leave a comment that says “Free Shopping, Thanks”.

Unfortunately, until Facebook notices these fake advertisements, many people infest their walls and give out their personal info to the ones running the scheme.

Think twice before clicking on such link to protect yourself and your friends.
