Two wanted for duping man in lottery fraud

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers are looking for a man and a woman who allegedly scammed a Massachusetts man in a lottery fraud case.
According to officers, 22-year-old Andre Allen and Denise Ratliff (age unknown) are accused of receiving $ 27,500 through deceiving others.
Officers first learned of the alleged lottery fraud in July 2011 when Winchester, Mass. Police officers called them about the crimes the two Colorado Springs residents committed against a Winchester man. The man said he was told he had won a large amount of money in a foreign lottery and would be paid after paying processing fees and foreign banking charges.

Detectives figured out the man was sending those fees to Allen and Ratliff in Colorado Springs.
Allen, who has deceived 18 other people, is wanted for 26 counts of theft and computer crimes. Ratliff is wanted on one count.
